Covid has brought irreplaceable changes. There are multiple issues predicted with the situation and are coming to the surface with passing time. We have seen changes which we never expected or even thought of. Online classes, restrictions and, of course, wearing masks seems like our new norm. Although in such challenging times, we saw some positive changes that brought us all together and gave us a ray of hope.

Like embracing the online world, the emergence of small businesses and much more. We cannot deny that some of the other changes have been quite harsh for everyone to accept.

So today, we are majorly focusing on the changes it bought in the education world. The education world has been shaken by the changes imposed due to covid. The highlight change was online classes. Although the idea was disliked by many quickly, students and parents started liking the idea of online education, and we can see why. Everyone’s favourite was studying at home at their comfort and less class duration.

With online classes, the results were quite impeccable. This change was positively accepted as students performed better through this learning mode. The duration of courses might be longer, but it was not in one continuous stretch and not as long as usual 9-5 college timing. This was a breath of fresh air in a pandemic situation.

Also, students have a more relaxing time and can balance their studies and personal life. However, students are so habituated to the online way of learning that now they cannot get accustomed back to the older learning methods.

With times and situations improving, the average school situation has come around again. However, now a lot of students are not happy with this. Students are seen disinterested in offline classes and not even paying attention to their teachers. Teachers themselves have seen and realized the mind shift with students and how grave the situation has become. Students watch videos and even make videos in their class time to have fun and pass their time rather than focus on studies. Their attitude has been astonishingly unacceptable and questionable.

However, can we honestly blame them for this change?

Students being young have just gone through a pandemic, and now they are left open to society again. So, the change and shift in their personality and mindset are definitely because of what has happened in the last two years. So, we cannot entirely blame them for being the way they are. And to be honest, a lot of them loved online classes.

The reasons to love online classes are limitless. It provides a lot of flexibility and majorly comfort. Communication and education have never been an issue with online courses. And to be honest, students were never a big fan of studying in classes anyways. Due to offline classes, they have to give up their passion, get essay assignment help only to complete pending work and live a hectic life.

There have been instances where communication, making new friends and conveying messages have been complex. Because we all know that face to face communication is always more effective when it comes to discussing problems. Not everyone is blessed with the latest technology, online assignment help and internet perks. Some students also question the amount of internet they would require every day as the entire education system was shifted online.

Our argument here is neither to state the advantages or disadvantages of the situation. We are simply trying to understand and lay down how it has affected students and the fallout in students’ behaviour towards education due to covid. Online education was imposed only due to circumstances. We were bound to return to our everyday lifestyle by improving the situation.

As complex, it has been with many people to deal with tech highest and its hazardous effects the same has been for students. Many students are in favour of online education becoming the new norm. Many have even started applying to online courses and distant learning schedules. The idea of online courses and distant learning were there previously as well. But we have not as high influx as now.

Students who are in favour of the online world but are not able to carry forward their decisions are left feeling dejected. They feel drained in the ordinary school fie again and find ways of skipping classes rather than being serious about it.

Skipping classes gossiping. Coming up with excuses to miss courses and more have been there before. Yet, students had no alternative back then and were forced to learn in schools. But now, alternative learning options has made the traditional learning method very boring and unacceptable to students.

Both students and teachers are suffering due to this. Teachers are thinking of ways to make the classroom more attentive for students. They are experimenting with new techniques to consider and put action into for students’ interests. Students similarly are trying their best to get back into usual learning forms, although it has not been easy.

Hopefully, we will see a common happy place for both with passing time. The pandemic was not an easy and comfortable situation for any of us. Being in such a position can take a toll on your brain. Hence, with a period of two to three years, we might see some positive changes that the majority of students will accept. Even if not changes, they will become comfortable with the standard form of learning and continue studying in their usual ways.
