Cross-posting content from Instagram to Facebook can be very useful at times. It’s much easier than it used be, and it’s a great thing!
Instagram Linked Accounts
First, Buy Instagram followers and link your Facebook account to your Instagram business page. This must be the account you use to manage Facebook pages. This makes it easier for most people to have only one.
You should have both the Instagram app and the Facebook app installed on your phone. Sign in to the correct Facebook account and then move over to Instagram. Tap on your profile icon and then click the menu button at the top right-hand corner. We’re searching for Settings, which is located at the bottom of the menu.
Scroll down to the Accounts Centre and click to open it.
This screen will display all the profiles and accounts you have currently connected to – this is probably your Instagram account at the moment.
Click on the arrow beside Accounts and Profiles to open the Add Accounts option.
Instagram will often suggest that you add both the Instagram account you have signed into and the Facebook account that you have signed in to your Facebook app.
Connect multiple accounts to Facebook Account Centre
Only one Facebook account can be connected to your account center. You’ll need to work a bit harder if you have multiple pages across both platforms.
First, ensure that your Facebook profile (not the page) has admin access to all relevant Facebook pages. You will be able share to your profile or any pages you manage.
You must sign in to Instagram to connect to multiple profiles. Up to five profiles can be signed in simultaneously. Next, go to your Settings as explained above and scroll down to the Logins section. To set up multi-account logins, click the link and select one of the profiles listed to be your username and password.
This will allow anyone to sign in to your profile. However, you must be cautious if you share login information with your team.
Send your Instagram posts to the right page
After you’ve added your accounts, double-check that Instagram shares posts to the correct Facebook page. It is important that you don’t allow business posts to show up on your personal profile, annoying your friends. Tap on Story and Post sharing in the Accounts Centre. Tap on Share from to see which profile or page is listed under Share To. It’s great if it’s the right one! To select the correct page, tap the arrow to your right.
If it does not appear, double-check that the Facebook account you have connected is the same one used to manage your Facebook Page. This will not work if your profile does not have admin access. If you want to share Story posts and Feed feeds to your Facebook page automatically, this is where you can do that.

Add your Instagram to Facebook
You can cross-post to Instagram from your Facebook Page if you are starting from your Facebook page. You can also connect the accounts to access other Facebook tools, including better targeting and a combined messaging box.
This is easiest to do while you are using Facebook on a browser on a PC. Make sure you are signed in to the correct Facebook account. Next, go to your Facebook page. If Facebook prompts to switch profiles to interact with your page, then you should do so.
Click the little down arrow in the top-right corner of Facebook to choose Settings and Privacy. Next, click Settings. Next, click on Settings. You’ll then be able see Linked accounts in left-hand menu. If it isn’t, you can click that button to connect it.
That should be it!
